Conquering Interviews

Getting through an interview can feel like surviving an interrogation. The questions can tap into your skull like an ice pick. But with the right skills, things can go much more smoothly.

We can help people on either side of the desk. Interviewees can learn how to speak on their feet and deliver cogent and persuasive answers to any question. Interviewers can learn how to prepare incisive questions, ask them with the appropriate gravitas, and react nimbly to responses.

Unlike learning during an important interview, learning in the Rostrum environment doesn’t have any potentially disastrous consequences. It’s much better to make your mistakes in front of a small group of friends than when at a delicate point in your career advancement, or when making an important decision for your organisation.

So if you're looking to improve your interview skills, talk to Rostrum about their range of tutorials, exercises and games that can help you up the ladder to the top.
